To use Zadway:

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable laws in your country.
• If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that a parent, guardian, or responsible adult has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
• You must provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Keeping your account information accurate.
• All activities performed under your account.

You must not:

• Share your account with another person.
• Allow another student to use your account.
• Attempt to access another user's account.

Zadway may suspend accounts involved in unauthorized access or account sharing.

Zadway is designed to help students improve their English language skills and prepare for IELTS examinations.

You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate educational purposes.

You must not:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or offensive content.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission.
• Copy, distribute, or resell Platform content without authorization.

Zadway is committed to protecting your privacy.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Zadway Privacy Policy.

Zadway will not sell your personal information to third parties.

Information collected may include:

• Name
• Email address
• IELTS practice submissions
• Scores and performance data
• Platform usage information

This information is used solely to provide and improve the educational services offered by Zadway.

You retain ownership of:

• Essays
• Writing submissions
• Assignment responses
• Original content created by you

By submitting content to Zadway, you grant Zadway a limited license to:

• Process your submissions.
• Generate feedback.
• Produce reports and analytics.
• Improve Platform functionality.

Zadway will not claim ownership of your work.

Zadway uses artificial intelligence to provide:

• IELTS band estimates
• Essay feedback
• Vocabulary suggestions
• Grammar recommendations
• Study recommendations

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated feedback may contain inaccuracies.
• AI feedback is provided for educational purposes only.
• Results are estimates and not official IELTS scores.
• Zadway does not guarantee any specific IELTS examination result.

Students should use AI-generated feedback alongside their own judgment and other learning resources.

Zadway packages are purchased as one-time payments rather than recurring subscriptions. When you purchase a package:

• You are charged the full price at the time of purchase.
• The package does not automatically renew or recur.
• Pricing may change for future purchases with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or as stated in Zadway's Refund Policy.

You must pay using a valid payment method that belongs to you and that you are authorized to use. Zadway may suspend or terminate your account, withhold access to purchased packages, and reverse any related benefits if a payment is made, or attempted, using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized card or payment details.

Students must not:

• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits.
• Abuse free trials.
• Use temporary or fraudulent identities.
• Attempt to manipulate AI scoring systems.
• Use bots or automated scripts.

Zadway reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse or fraudulent activity.

While Zadway aims to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability.
• Uninterrupted operation.
• Error-free functionality.

Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may occasionally affect access.

You may stop using Zadway at any time.

Zadway may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Abuse Platform resources.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including payment using a fraudulent or stolen card.
• Compromise the security of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zadway is not responsible for:

• IELTS examination outcomes.
• Loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
• Indirect or consequential losses.

The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis.

Zadway may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

By creating an account on Zadway, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understood these Terms.
• I understand that AI-generated feedback may not always be accurate.
• I understand that Zadway does not provide official IELTS scores.
• I agree to use the Platform responsibly and for educational purposes only.
